Toto came to the U.S. from the Philippines and he now lives in California. A quiet man who prefers actions to words, Toto remained silent for the six hours he spent at the final table winning his first World Series of Poker bracelet in the 2003 $1,500 7-Card Stud event.

Along with his WSOP win, he has another first place in the 2003 Poker Championship in Atlantic City. Toto added two more WSOP final tables to his resume in 2005 (bringing his total to seven), and he finished third in the Bay 101 "Shooting Stars" tournament.

Toto has continued to cash consistently since 2005, and returned to the Winner’s Circle in April 2008 when he finished first in Event #8 at the Bellagio Five Star World Poker Classic, taking home nearly $190,000.
