Aussie Millions 2011 Rules

Promotion Name: Aussie Millions (the "Promotion")

Promotion Dates: November 6th, 2010 - January 8th 2011

Full Tilt Poker (the "Company"), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION

A. Dates of Promotion:

The Promotion will be conducted beginning November 6th, 2010 at 00:00 ET and will end on or about January 8th, 2011.

B. Description and How to Enter:

Qualify for the Aussie Millions Poker Championship Main Event by winning a prize package at Full Tilt Poker.com:

Beginning on or about November 6th, 2010, Full Tilt Poker will conduct a minimum of one (1) $600 + $40 buy-in tournament per week where at least two (2) players will win an Aussie Millions prize package. These tournaments will run through approximately Saturday, January 8th 2011:

• Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 7th)
• Saturday, November 13th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 14th)
• Saturday, November 20th 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 21st)
• Saturday, November 27th 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 28th)
• Saturday, December 4th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 5th)*
• Saturday, December 11th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 12th)
• Saturday, December 18th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 19th)
• Saturday, December 25th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 26th)
• Saturday, January 1st , 2011 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 2nd)

*For the weekly Qualifier on Saturday, December 4th, 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 5th) Full Tilt Poker.com will conduct a $600 + $40 buy-in tournament where at least three (3) players will win an Aussie Millions prize package.

At 22:00 ET on Saturday, January 8th (14:00 AEDT Sunday 9th) 2011, Full Tilt Poker.com will hold a $600 + $40 buy-in tournament where at least four (4) players will win $16,000 Aussie Millions Main Event prize packages which include an Aussie Millions Main Event seat.

Beginning on or about November 7th 2010, Full Tilt Poker will provide satellite tournaments to all Aussie Millions Qualifier tournaments for as little as $0.50 or 50 Full Tilt Points.

Freeroll Qualifiers:

Players can win a completely free prize package by playing our Aussie Millions Freerolls.

Round 1 Freerolls will run twice daily beginning on Saturday, October 30. At least 54 seats will be awarded to the Round 2 Freeroll on the following Friday, (Saturday AEST) with the top 54 finishers automatically entered into the next Aussie Millions Main Event Freeroll.

Round 1 Freerolls run daily starting Saturday, October 30.

Round 1 Freerolls starting at 03:30 ET (19:30 AEST) are open to players in Australia and New Zealand only.

Round 1 Freerolls starting at 05:30 ET (21:30 AEST) are open to all players.

Round 2 and Main Event Final Freerolls are open to all players.

The top 54 finishers in each Round 1 Freeroll will be awarded a Tournament Ticket to the next available Round 2 Freeroll. Round 2 Freerolls:

Round 2 Freerolls take place at the following times:

• Friday, November 5th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 6th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, November 12th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 13th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, November 19th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 20th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, November 26th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 27th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, December 3rd at 22:30 ET (Saturday 4th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, December 10th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 11th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, December 17th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 18th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, December 24th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 25th at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, December 31st at 22:30 ET (Saturday 1st at 14:30 AEST)
• Friday, January 7th at 22:30 ET (Saturday 8th at 14:30 AEST)

There is no way to buy into Round 2 Freerolls directly – you can only qualify by playing Round 1 Freerolls. The top 54 finishers in each Round 2 Freeroll will be awarded a Tournament Ticket to the next available Aussie Millions Main Event Freeroll Final.

Main Event Freeroll Final:

• Saturday, December 4th, 2010 at 21:30 ET (Sunday, December 5th at 13:30 AEST)
• Saturday, January 8th, 2011 at 21:30 ET (Sunday January 9th at 13:30 AEST)

There is no way to buy into Main Event Freeroll Finals directly – you can only qualify by playing Round 2 Freerolls. The top finisher in each online Main Event Freeroll Final tournament will win a prize package to the Aussie Millions Main Event.

C. Obtaining Promotional Prize(s):

If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Full Tilt Poker registration forms, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.

2. TOURNAMENT TOTAL PACKAGE WORTH $16,000 USD

Winners will be provided with entry into the Aussie Millions Poker Championship Main Event, valued at AUD$10,600, 11 night's accommodations in a single standard room at the Crown Metropol Hotel, participation in all Full Tilt Poker activities as part of Team Full Tilt Aussie Millions 2011, and $1,500 to be used towards travel expenses and spending money which will be deposited directly into the player's Full Tilt Poker account. (If you are travelling from outside of Australia, you will be required to fund any difference in costs associated with travel. Full Tilt Poker will deposit a total of $1,500 in your player account towards travel costs and spending money.) If the player wishes to bring a friend or companion, then the participant and their guest must have valid passports for international travel should they be coming from outside Australia.

Before travelling to Australia, it is the responsibility of the winner to obtain all relevant visas and travel documents. More information regarding this can be found at the official Australian Government website here; http://www.immi.gov.au/

Full Tilt Poker will provide the winner with Full Tilt gear, including a jacket, shirt, hat and sunglasses.

All promotional prizes, items, merchandise, and any other materials must be redeemed by the winner in accordance with the Company rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Company. If a participant is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate promotional winner or not to award any winner in its sole discretion.

3. ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry as determined by the Company. Participant assumes any and all liability for use of the promotional items. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize package per person for the Promotion. Employees of the Company and members of the immediate family or member of the same households of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win; additionally, all affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, assignees and beneficiaries, and each of their immediate family members or member of the same households of said affiliates, their contractors, employees and directors are not eligible. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

4. TELEPHONE & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company's control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

5. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

6. RELEASE

By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.

7. TAXES

Any valuation of the promotional prize(s) as stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as may or may not be required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes and paying any expenses associated with any promotional prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize(s) except as expressly authorized by the Company.

8. CONDUCT & DECISIONS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

ANY ATTEMPT BY A PROMOTIONANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Each participant may be required by Company to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. There are no exceptions. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. All participant entries shall become the property of the Company and will not be returned to participants.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

The conduct of the Promotion is governed by applicable laws, if any, which take precedence over any rules which may be contrary to or inconsistent with those rules as stated above.

Team play is strictly prohibited by Full Tilt Poker. Multiple players who are using the same account will have their points forfeited and, at the sole discretion of Full Tilt Poker, may have their accounts closed. All players must meet Full Tilt Poker's eligibility requirements, and Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
