Aussie Millions 2010 Rules

Promotion Name: Aussie Millions (the "Promotion")

Promotion Dates: Monday, November 2nd, 2009 – Sunday, January 10th, 2010

Full Tilt Poker (the "Promoter"), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION

A. Dates of Promotion:

The Promotion will be conducted beginning Monday, November 2nd, 2009 at 00:00 ET and will end on or about Sunday, January 10th, 2010.

B. Description and How to Enter:

Qualify for the Aussie Millions Poker Championship Main Event by winning a prize package at Full Tilt Poker.com:

Beginning on or about November 2nd, 2009, Full Tilt Poker will conduct a minimum of one (1) $500 + $35 buy-in tournament per week awarding at least one Aussie Millions prize package. These tournaments will run through approximately Sunday, January 10th, 2010:

Saturday, November 7th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 8th)
Saturday, November 21st, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 22nd)
Saturday, December 5th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 6th)
Saturday, December 19th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 20th)
Saturday, January 2nd , 2010 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 3rd)

In conjunction with the weekly Qualifiers, every second Saturday starting on November 14th, 2009 Full Tilt Poker will conduct a $500 + $35 buy-in tournament where at least two (2) players will win an Aussie Millions prize package. These tournaments will run through approximately Sunday, January 10th, 2010.

Saturday, November 28th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 29th)
Saturday, December 12th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 13th)
Saturday, December 26th, 2009 at 22:00 ET (14:00 AEST Sunday, 27th)

At 22:00 ET on Saturday, January 9th (14:00 AEST Sunday, 10th ) 2010, Full Tilt Poker will hold a $500 + $35 buy-in tournament where at least five (5) players will win a $14,500 Aussie Millions Main Event prize package. Beginning on or about November 2nd, 2009, players at Full Tilt Poker.com will be eligible to buy in directly to the January 10th tournament.

Full Tilt Poker will provide satellite tournaments to all Aussie Millions Qualifier tournaments for as little as $0.50 or 50 Full Tilt Points.

Please note: Full Tilt Poker’s Aussie Millions freerolls are restricted to residents of Australia and New Zealand.

Obtaining Promotional Prize(s):

If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Full Tilt Poker registration forms, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.

2. TOURNAMENT TOTAL PACKAGE WORTH $14,500

The winner will be provided with a prize package worth $14,500 including a seat at the Aussie Millions Poker Championship Main Event worth AUD$10,500, 11 night's accommodations in a single standard room at the Crown Casino, participation in all Full Tilt Poker activities as part of Team Full Tilt Aussie Millions 2010, and $1,200 in cash to be used towards travel expenses and spending money which will be deposited into their player account. (*If you are travelling from outside of Australia, you will be required to fund any difference in costs associated with travel. Full Tilt Poker will deposit a total of $1,200 in your player account to be used for spending money and travel costs. If the player wishes to bring a friend or companion, then the participant and their guest are solely responsible for any costs that are incurred. It is also the responsibility of both the player and guest to ensure they have valid passports for international travel should they be coming from outside Australia). While in Australia, the winner will also enjoy a private tournament with a $50,000 prize pool and exclusive instruction and interaction with members of Team Full Tilt.

Full Tilt Poker will also provide the winner with the popular Full Tilt Poker gear worn by the pros including a jacket, shirt, hat and sunglasses.

All promotional prizes, items, merchandise, and any other materials must be redeemed by winner in accordance with the Promoter rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Promoter. If a participant is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to determine an alternate promotional winner or not to award any winner in its sole discretion.

3. ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry as determined by the Promoter. Participant assumes any and all liability for use of the promotional items. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize package per person for the Promotion. Employees, or any employees of any related party, of the Promoter and members of the immediate family or member of the same households of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win; additionally, all affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, assignees and beneficiaries, and each of their immediate family members or member of the same households of said affiliates, their contractors, employees and directors are not eligible. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

4. TELEPHONE & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. The Promoter disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Promoter's control, or otherwise. The Promoter disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Promoter disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

5. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Promoter exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Promoter may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

6. RELEASE

By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Promoter, its employees and agents, the Promotion's sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.

7. TAXES

Any valuation of the promotional prize(s) as stated above is based on available information provided to the Promoter, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as may or may not be required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes and paying any expenses associated with any promotional prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize(s) except as expressly authorized by the Promoter.

8. CONDUCT & DECISIONS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Promoter personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Promoter will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Promoter's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Promoter deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Promoter may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Each participant may be required by the Promoter to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Promoter may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. There are no exceptions. The Promoter disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. All participant entries shall become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to participants.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

The conduct of the Promotion is governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of Alderney, British Channel Islands which law shall take precedence over any rules, terms, and conditions which may be contrary to or inconsistent with those as stated above. Any dispute hereunder shall be exclusively determined under Alderney law by an Alderney court having competent jurisdiction within Alderney.

Team play is strictly prohibited by Full Tilt Poker. Multiple players who are using the same account will have their points forfeited and, at the sole discretion of Full Tilt Poker, may have their accounts closed. All players must meet Full Tilt Poker's eligibility requirements, and Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
