Full Tilt Poker's Beta software is used to preview new versions of our software, including new game or functionality changes. As a player using Beta software, you'll be able to experience these features before they are released as a part of our regular game software. More importantly, you'll have the chance to provide valuable feedback directly to Full Tilt Poker that will allow us to modify or fix these features as necessary to ensure that our players always experience the best in online poker.

A: Beta software is used to preview new versions of our software which may include new game or functionality changes before they become a part of our standard game software. Q: Why should I download the Beta software?
A: Playing with the Beta software will allow you to trial new software versions and features before they are openly available. As a player using Beta software, you'll have the chance to provide valuable feedback on the latest additions before anyone else. This means that changes to the game can be made earlier based on your feedback.

Q: How do I report a Bug with the Beta Software?
A: You may report a bug using the “Submit a Bug” option from the “Help” menu in the Beta software. Alternatively, you can go directly to our Beta bug submission page here.

Q: Do I have to remove my existing Full Tilt Poker software to use the Beta software?
A: No; our Beta software may be installed and uninstalled separately from our full-release software.

Q: Will I earn Full Tilt Poker points while playing with the Beta software?
A: Yes, all of the functionality available in the regular software is available in the Beta software, including Full Tilt Point accumulation. Please note that all Site Terms and Conditions apply; please refer to our Site Terms and End User License Agreement for further details.

Q: How do I know if I am playing using Beta software?
A: Full Tilt Poker's Beta software can be identified by the tag in the upper left corner of the lobby labelled BETA.

Full Tilt Poker Beta Tester Disclaimer Agreement

Full Tilt Poker offers Beta testing to customers interested in new Full Tilt Poker software, its features, and modules. If a customer uses a product during Beta testing, the customer is asked to provide feedback to Full Tilt Poker and assumes all risks associated with the Beta software. We advise all Beta users to use extreme care when Beta testing any Full Tilt Poker software. It is therefore up to you to take necessary precautions against possible damages resulting from any Beta testing. Software in Beta testing should not be used on sensitive and/or valuable data.

Beta Software Tester Agreement: Tester expressly acknowledges and hereby agrees that Full Tilt Poker offers this Beta version software "as is" and without warranties or representations of any kind. Full Tilt Poker shall have no obligation to maintain, correct, update, change, modify or otherwise support the Beta software in Beta testing or thereafter in any way, shape, or form. Full Tilt Poker may discontinue providing service to the Beta software at any time at its sole discretion. Full Tilt Poker makes no guarantee or any other commitment to Tester as to the nature, extent, success, failure, or any other aspect of the Beta software.

Beta testing is at the entire and voluntary risk of the customer who shall fully assume said risk, not Full Tilt Poker under any circumstances. Should the software prove defective the customer assumes the costs of all necessary corrections, repairs and damages. Full Tilt Poker shall not be liable for any lost revenue, lost profits, or other incidental or consequential damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages by reason of any performance or non-performance under this agreement. Furthermore, Full Tilt Poker shall not be liable for any delays, losses or any other damages whatsoever which may result from the furnishing, testing, canceling, or any other use of any Full Tilt Poker Beta software, features, and/or modules.
