How do I know if I’m a Black Card member?
Once you earn your Black Card, you will receive a pop-up informing you of your Black Card status, followed by a Welcome Email. Your Black Card will be mailed to your physical mailing address.
I’ve been informed I am a Black Card member. When will I receive my Black Card?
Please allow 28 days for your Black Card to reach your physical mailing address.
What can I use my Black Card for?
Your Black Card entitles you to a selection of exclusive awards that can only be found at Full Tilt Poker, including 2x Full Tilt Points, access to the private Black Card Store and personalized customer support. Please see our Black Card Experience page for more information.
How do I gain extra Full Tilt Point multipliers as a Black Card Member?
Achieve a minimum 1,500 Full Tilt Point daily average over a 100-day rolling period to receive 3x Full Tilt Points. If you achieve a 100-day rolling average of at least 3,000 Full Tilt Points, you will receive 4x Full Tilt Points.
Is there a grace period if I drop below the thresholds for the extra Full Tilt Points multipliers?
No – you only enter a grace period if you fall below the minimum 500-point rolling average required for Black Card Membership. If you drop below the threshold for an extra Full Tilt Points multiplier, you will retain your Black Card membership and receive the multiplier relevant to your 100-day rolling average.
For example, if you drop from the 4x Full Tilt Point multiplier, you will still get the 3x Full Tilt Point multiplier as long as your daily average of a 100-day rolling is above 1,500 Full Tilt Points.
How do I exchange Full Tilt Points for cash bonuses?
All Black Card Holders will receive exclusive access to the Black Card Store, which contains a variety of denominations of cash bonuses. Use your Full Tilt Points to purchase your chosen cash bonus.
What is the Carte Blanche service?
Carte Blanche allows Black Card holders with a minimum 1,500-point rolling average to purchase items or services, then send scanned copies of their receipts to carteblanche@fulltiltpoker.com to exchange Full Tilt Points for the cash total of the purchases. This service can be used once per calendar month, with a maximum of ten receipts totalling at least $350. There is no maximum amount per request. Receipts must be no more than 60 days old on the date of request and handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
What is the exchange rate for Carte Blanche purchases?
You will receive $1 per 250 Full Tilt Points (or $0.004 per point). For requests not in US$, a daily spot rate will be used to determine the exchange rate.
What is the maximum amount per request?
There is no maximum amount per Carte Blanche request. However, the minimum total amount per request is $350.
Can I submit a Carte Blanche request with receipts in different currencies?
Yes. For receipts not in US$, a daily spot rate will be used to determine the exchange rate.
What items do not qualify for Carte Blanche?
Examples of items that do not qualify include bills; taxes; investments; rent; loans; and everyday items such as grocery, utility and restaurant bills. Please note that this is not a definitive list – you can contact carteblanche@fulltiltpoker.com if you would like to query a purchase in advance.
How long will it take to credit my account?
Our dedicated Carte Blanche support team will credit your account within three days of your request being approved. We will also endeavour to answer any questions regarding Carte Blanche requests within 24 hours.
My rolling average fluctuates above and below 1,500 points. Can I still use the Carte Blanche service?
Yes! As long as your rolling average is at least 1,500 points on the day you send your request, you can still use the service.
How do I contact the dedicated Black Card support team?
The email address of your dedicated Black Card support team can be found on the back of your Black Card, which will be mailed to your physical mailing address. You will also receive this email address in your welcome email.
Do bonus Full Tilt Points count towards my rolling 100-day average?
Only base Full Tilt Points count towards your average. Bonus points multipliers, such as Black Card and Happy Hour bonus points, do not count.
I’m not a Black Card holder but I can access the Store. Does this mean I can purchase Black Card items?
All players can access the Black Card Store and browse through the contents but only Black Card holders can purchase items.
