For a guy who just started playing online a couple of years ago, Craig has gone above and beyond what most people would ever imagine. After playing with and learning from a couple of friends, including Full Tilt Poker pro David Benefield, Craig's learning curve skyrocketed – and so did his poker career. After experiencing great successes online, he saw the 2008 WSOP as the right opportunity to make his first foray into the live tournament scene.

Craig had deep runs in three bracelet events, including an 18th place finish in the $1.5K No-Limit Hold ‘em Shootout. In total for these three events, he earned more than $35K. In spite of this success, it was the Main Event where Craig's skill as a professional was most evident. He worked his way through a long and difficult tournament field to earn at least $900K and secure his position at the final table as a member of the November Nine.

While a lot of people would be overwhelmed by the experience and dazzled by the attention and excitement, Craig has clearly maintained his laid back, easy going demeanor. Asked what he was going to do as he waits for the Main Event Final Table to play out, he replied:

"I'm going to relax and try to enjoy myself. I don't plan on playing a lot of poker, but I will go to Europe and then focus on November when I come back. I've played against pretty much all of them a decent bit and unless they drastically change their game, I would be ready to play them tomorrow."

At 23 years of age, Craig has the potential to claim yet another distinction: if he wins, not only will he take home over $9 million and the Main Event bracelet, he'll be the youngest person ever to do so. A calculating yet aggressive player, Craig heads to the final table in 8th place with 10.2 million in chips. If you'd like to see him in action before the final table kicks off this November, look for him online at Full Tilt Poker.
