ANSWER FROM Matt Sexton: well, im not really sure... I would read on how Ferguson went from nothing to 10k I believe, he lists all the correct percentages, and in detail. that will help alot... but off the top off my head, i wouldnt buy in for more than 10% of my bankroll

ANSWER FROM Matt Sexton: lol, there are many ways.. the best way that works for me is to walk away for a couple minutes. tilting is the fastes way to lose your money. if you want to be a successful poker player, you HAVE to figure out a way to let it go and move on.
