I have been asked to confirm account ownership with a previously used computer or payment method, but no longer have access to that computer or payment method. How do I enable access to my account?

We understand that some players will be unable to complete the requested steps. If this applies to you, you will need to submit documents comprising proof of identity and proof of address to support@fulltiltpoker.com to reactivate your account. For further instructions, please click here.


Why am I being asked to complete additional security checks when I first log in?

It is crucial that your account can be accessed by you and you alone. Consequently, we are performing additional security checks to verify the identity of our existing account holders. This process will be performed automatically the first time you log in. In some cases, we may request that you take additional steps to confirm account ownership at this time.


Why am I prompted to change my password when I first log in?

We have introduced this step in order to protect the integrity of our players' accounts. We strongly recommend that you use a brand new password, unique to your Full Tilt Poker account.


Why am I asked to confirm a payment method I have used in the past?

It is crucial that your account information can be accessed by you and you alone. As a result, your past payment method information may be requested upon your first login as an extra step to confirm account ownership. If you cannot confirm a payment method, we recommend that you try to log in using a computer previously used to connect to Full Tilt Poker.


Why have you suggested that I use a computer that was previously used to play on Full Tilt Poker?

It is crucial that your account information can be accessed by you and you alone. Using a computer you previously used to connect to Full Tilt Poker for your first log in is an extra step to confirm account ownership. If you do not have access to the same computer previously used, you may need to send in documents to access your account.


Requested Documents

Why has Full Tilt Poker requested that I send documents?

Our identification and address verification process exists to protect our players against a variety of situations, including check withdrawal requests, verification of payment processor accounts and protection against fraudulent activity.

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we have procedures in place to safeguard and secure all documentation we receive. Your documents are stored securely and in accordance with our privacy policy.


What are the requirements for my documents?

We require one of each of the following:

  1. Photo ID:
  2. One of the following: a valid driver's license, passport, or another form of government-issued photographic identification that clearly shows your birth date and the date of issue or expiry.

  3. Proof of Address:
  4. One of the following: bank or credit card statement, utility bill, bank letter, home or vehicle insurance papers, or a property document such as a lease or title deed (or equivalent). This document must have been issued less than 90 days previously. Prior to sending your documents, please note:

    • Copies must be clear and legible
    • The document needs to be a full page and complete (bill/pay stubs, folded papers, envelopes, and partial sections will not be accepted)
    • Bills must clearly display that service provider's letterhead or official logo
    • Your address verification document must display the same name and address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account. If your current address is different from the one registered on your account, please provide an explanation for the change.

Files must not exceed 5MB and will be accepted in the following formats: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg), PDF (.pdf), DOC (.doc, .docx), PNG (.png), GIF (.gif), BMP (.bmp) and TIFF (.tiff).

You may take digital photos of your documents and upload them to us, provided that they are in focus, and unobstructed by camera flashes. If your camera has a macro feature (this appears as a tulip icon), please enable it and take the photo within a 12 to 18-inch distance. If your camera does not have this option, please take the photo within a 24-inch distance.


How should I send my documents?

Forgot Password

I forgot my password. How do I get a new one?

  1. Open the Full Tilt Poker software.
  2. At the login screen, click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your Player ID and email address registered to your Full Tilt Poker account.
  4. Click OK. Check your email inbox for an email from Full Tilt Poker containing a new temporary password.

If the email is delayed, please check your "Spam" or filtered inbox for any emails from Full Tilt Poker, and add *@fulltiltpoker.com to your list of accepted email addresses.

Use your temporary password to log in within eight hours or it will expire. Passwords are case sensitive, so please enter yours exactly as it's displayed in the email. Once you've logged in using your temporary password, you'll be prompted to change it. Please ensure you enter a secure password that's difficult for others to guess, but easy to remember.


Change Password

How do I change my password?

  1. Open the Full Tilt Poker Software and log into your account.
  2. Once logged in, click Account on the top menu.
  3. Click change password.
  4. Enter your current password and your new password, then confirm your new password and click ok.

Forgot Player ID

What do I do if I have forgotten my Player ID?

Please email support@fulltiltpoker.com from the registered email address of your Full Tilt Poker account and we can let you know what your player ID is. As you may have set in your login to be done with your email address, instead of player ID, please try this also. If you continue to have issues, please contact us via email at support@fulltiltpoker.com


I do not remember if I have to log in with my Player ID or email address, can you help?

When players open their account, the default login preference is Player ID. Should you be unable to login using your Player ID, please try the registered email address on your account. If you continue to have issues, please contact us at support@fulltiltpoker.com.


Change Player ID

I would like to play under different names. Can I change my Player ID?

No. The Player ID you choose during the account creation process cannot be changed at a later date, so please choose carefully.


Email Validation

How do I validate my email address?

Check your registered email address for the Validation Code that Full Tilt Poker sent to you after you created your account.

Once you have found your Validation Code, log in to your Full Tilt Poker account and select 'Validate E-mail Address' from the Account menu.

If you did not receive the validation code, please check the email address you have registered on your Full Tilt Poker account.

To do this, please click on account in the client and then click 'Change E-mail Address'. This will then show you the email address on the account.

If your email address is correct and you still have not received your validation code, please check your spam filter and add support@fulltiltpoker.com to your safe list.

Once you have your validation code, type in your code and click the Validate button.

Note: your Validation Code is case sensitive. Please enter your Validation Code exactly as it is displayed in the email.


I did not receive my Validation Code

If you did not receive your validation code, please check the email address you have registered on your account as you may have inadvertently added a typo.

To do this, please click on account in the client and then click 'Change E-mail Address'. This will then show you the email address on the account.

If your email address is correct and you still have not received your validation code, please check your spam filter and add support@fulltiltpoker.com to your safe list.

Once you have your validation code, type in your code and click the Validate button.

Note: your Validation Code is case sensitive. Please enter your Validation Code exactly as it's displayed in the email.


What if I lose my validation code or it has expired?

If you have lost your validation code, please follow the below steps in order to request a new one.

  1. Open the Full Tilt Poker Software and login to your account.
  2. Once logged in, click Account on the top menu.
  3. Click validate email address.
  4. A new validation code will be sent to the email address set on your account.

Email Address Problems

What if I cannot access the email account registered on my Full Tilt Poker account?

The security of your Full Tilt Poker account is intrinsically linked to your email account. For this reason, we strongly suggest you contact your email provider (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail) directly. In most cases, the provider will be able to assist you in recovering access to your email, however, if you are still having issues, please contact support@fulltiltpoker.com for further instructions.


How do I change my email address?

  1. Open the Full Tilt Poker Software and login to your account.
  2. Once logged in, click Account on the top menu.
  3. Click "Change E-mail Address".
  4. Click "Change E-mail" in the pop up window.
  5. Enter your new email address in the new pop up window.

I do not remember the registered email address on my Full Tilt poker Account.

Security Keys/Pins/Secret Questions

I have lost access to my Security Key or my Mobile Key and I cannot login to my account.

Please send an email to security@fulltiltpoker.com with the answer to your secret question. Full Tilt Poker will then deactivate your additional authentication, which will enable you to access the Full Tilt Poker client.


I have forgotten my secret question

Please find the list below:

What is your first boyfriend's/girlfriend's name?
What is the name of your first school?
What is your favourite movie?
What is your favourite book?
What is your least favourite movie?

If you cannot remember the question you have picked or the answer, please email us at support@fulltiltpoker.com.


I forgot my Three-Card PIN

If you've forgotten the Three-Card PIN for your account, here's how you can regain access to your Full Tilt Poker account:

  1. In the Login Screen when you are prompted for your PIN, select "If you have forgotten your PIN please click here" at the bottom of the window.
  2. Enter your Full Tilt Poker account password when prompted.
  3. Click the Unregister from Tournaments button (even if you're not registered in any tournaments), and select OK.

When you've completed these steps, please email security@fulltiltpoker.com with your secret question and the correct answer. For your security, we're unable to provide the specific "secret question" that you chose for your account. As a reminder, the secret questions are as follows:

What street did you grow up on?
What is your first boyfriend's/girlfriend's name?
What is the name of your first school?
What is your favourite movie?
What is your favourite book?
What is your least favourite movie?

Once we have verified this information, you'll receive an automated message from us confirming you'll no longer need to enter a PIN when accessing your Full Tilt Poker account. Just enter your Login ID and password.


Can I use a combination of PIN/mobile/physical security?

No. The PIN cannot be combined with a mobile or physical security key, although you can use a combination of up to 6 physical or mobile security keys.

For example, you could have 3 physical security keys and one mobile key connected with your account. However you cannot have an active pin and an active security key.


Change Account Details

How do I change my account details?

  1. Open the Full Tilt Poker Software
  2. Once logged in, click Account on the top menu.
  3. Click change personal details
  4. Change the applicable information and click ok. If the email is delayed, please check your "Spam" or filtered inbox for any emails from Full Tilt Poker, and add *@fulltiltpoker.com to your list of accepted email addresses.

Please note that you won't be able to change your country, date of birth or name through the client. To update this information please email support@fulltiltpoker.com.


Statement of Account History

How can I get a full statement of my Account History?

To request a statement of your Account History at Full Tilt Poker, go to the Requests menu in the game lobby and select Account History.

You can choose between different types of report, and customise it based on balance type and time range.


Closed Account

My account was closed at my request before the site went down, can I reopen it?

If you account was closed at your own request, please contact us at support@fulltiltpoker.com so we may review your account.
