Full Tilt Poker European Series Qualifier Terms & Conditions

Promotion Name: Full Tilt Poker.com European Series Qualifiers (the "Promotion")

Promotion Dates: Sunday, July 6th, 2008 to Sunday, August 31st, 2008

Full Tilt Poker.com (the "Company"), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION

A. Dates of Promotion: The Promotion will be conducted beginning Sunday, July 6th, 2008 and will end on or about Sunday, August 31st, 2008.

B. Description and How to Enter: Qualify for the European Series by winning a seat on Full Tilt Poker.com. Beginning Sunday, July 6th, 2008, Full Tilt Poker will conduct a minimum of one (1) European Series Qualifiers each Sunday at 16:30 ET.

These tournaments will run weekly through Sunday, August 31st, 2008. Players at Full Tilt Poker.com will be eligible to buy their way directly into these tournaments, or satellite their way into each event.

C. Obtaining Promotional Prize(s): If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided on the Full Tilt Poker registration forms, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.

2. TOURNAMENT TOTAL PACKAGE WORTH $25,000

The winner of each qualifier tournament will be provided with a $25,000 prize package, including a £10,000 (approximately $20,000) tournament entry and approximately $5,000 in spending money.

All promotional prizes, items, merchandise, and any other materials must be redeemed by winner in accordance with the Company rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Company. If a participant is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate promotional winner or not to award any winner in its sole discretion.

Players who win their European Series prize packages are encouraged to wear Full Tilt Poker gear whenever possible during the European Series, including when playing at non-televised tables, and during any and all interviews. Additionally, players who win their European Series entry at Full Tilt Poker are prohibited from wearing gear from any competing online poker site.
