Promotion Name: FTOPS XX Satellite Challenge

Promotion Dates: Monday, March 21st, 2011 to Sunday, May 1st, 2011

Full Tilt Poker (the "Company"), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

• Dates of Promotion: The promotion will be conducted beginning Monday, March 21st, 2011 and will end on or about Sunday, May 1st, 2011
• How to Enter: Players who win at least two FTOPS satellites to the same event will be automatically added to our Satellite Challenge Leaderboard

Please note that the following satellite tournaments do not count toward the FTOPS XX Satellite Challenge:

• Sit & Go satellites that start with less than 1,000 chips or fewer than six (6) players
• Satellite tournaments with Full Tilt Point buy-ins

Event #19 and Event #40, the Two-Day Events, are not part of the FTOPS XX Satellite Challenge.

Entry fees to FTOPS XX events that are won through Steps Tournaments also do not count toward this promotion.

The player(s) who win(s) the most entries into each individual event will be credited with a Tournament Dollars (T$) amount equal to twice the buy-in of that specific tournament. For example, if a player wins five entries into our FTOPS XX Main Event, they will receive a tournament buy-in and $640 in T$ for each of their other satellite wins, along with an additional $1,200 in T$ as the winner of the Satellite Challenge. The player who finishes second will be credited with a T$ amount equal to the buy-in of that specific tournament.

If two or more players are tied for the most number of satellite entries into a single tournament, the additional buy-in will be split equally among all of the top finishers.
