Scott Clements

Slow is not a word in Scott Clements' vocabulary.

Already on his way to becoming a successful mortgage broker, Scott walked away from a burgeoning career to pursue a passion for poker. It's a decision he hasn't regretted.

Since joining the pro circuit just over two years ago, Scott has racked up an impressive list of accomplishments, including winning two World Series of Poker bracelets and three World Poker Tour championships.

Scott made a strong debut in the spring of 2005 when he cashed in three WSOPC events, including a first-place finish in the $1K No-limit Hold 'em event in Lake Tahoe.

But it wasn't until 2006 that he really made his mark. After cashing in the $2K Omaha Hi/Lo event as a warm up, Scott went on to win his first WSOP bracelet by besting a field of 352 in the $3K Omaha Hi/Lo event. Hungry for further success, Scott continued to make his presence known on tournament circuits. In doing this, he racked up 11 cash finishes, including a WPT Championship, all before returning to Las Vegas for the 2007 WSOP.

Again, Scott had a very strong series, cashing in five events and winning his second WSOP bracelet in the $1.5K Pot-Limit Omaha event. In total, Scott walked away with well over $325K. In April 2008, Scott added an additional $206,000 to his bankroll by winning Event #4 at the Bellagio Five Diamond World Poker Classic.

When not travelling, Scott and his wife can be found at home in Mount Vernon, Washington where he spends his down time following his local football and baseball teams.
