Dublin, Ireland

Poker's Dominant Team Has Won Three of the First Four Events in the 2008 WSOP

Full Tilt Poker's Pros are dominating the early going at the 2008 World Series of Poker*. Just days after Nenad Medic earned his first career bracelet in Event #1, Full Tilt Poker Pro David Singer repeated the feat by winning Event #3, while Team Full Tilt's Erick Lindgren claimed his first bracelet by winning Event #4.

Eight different Full Tilt Poker Pros have reached final tables during the first four events of the 2008 series and the site's more than 100 professional representatives have earned more than $2.7 million in combined prize money through the first five full days of play.

David Singer was the only Full Tilt Poker pro to finish in the money in Event #3, the $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold 'em tournament. His victory, which comes less than two weeks after he won the prestigious $25K Heads-Up World Championship on Full Tilt Poker, caps an impressive run for the unassuming Singer who has earned nearly $800,000 in tournament winnings over the past 10 days.

At the same time Singer was claiming his victory, Team Full Tilt's Erick Lindgren was heading toward his first career bracelet in the $5K Mixed Hold 'em (Limit/No-Limit) event. Lindgren battled his way through one of the most impressive final table line-ups in WSOP history, including Full Tilt Poker pro Roland de Wolfe who finished fourth and fellow Team Full Tilt member Howard Lederer who finished sixth.

Lindgren, long considered one of the game's best players to have never won a bracelet, now has more than $6 million in career winnings moving him to 20th on the all-time money list.
