Joseph Reitman

After building up an impressive list of television and movie credits over the course of 14 years in the entertainment business, Joe started to focus more on his poker game when he got to know professional player Annie Duke. Since 2006 Reitman has made three World Series of Poker cashes, racked up some impressive tournament wins and thrown his chips into the pot for numerous charity tournaments.

A native of Brookline, Massachusetts, Reitman moved to California to study theater after high school. He went on to land recurring roles in such hit television shows as Married with Children and Charmed, as well as making guest appearances on CSI: Miami and Monk, to name a few. In all he has appeared in over 50 different television show episodes. Joe has also hit the big screen in more than 20 films, including The Perfect Storm, Clueless, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and American Pie 2.

In 2005 Joe created and co-produced the poker show Annie Duke Takes on the World for the Game Show Network. He is also helping to bring the book Check Raising the Devil to the screen, which is based on the life of Team Full Tilt’s own Mike Matusow.

Away from the poker tables and the big and small screens, Joe got his first taste of the bright lights as a ball boy for the Boston Celtics when he was in high school, and he has a signed pair of Larry Bird’s game-worn shoes to show for it. He was also able to fulfill a boyhood dream when he authored the Spiderman story S.C.U.D.S. for Marvel Comics. It was published in Spiderman Unlimited #14 in March of 2006.
