Late Night Poker Rules
Promotion Name: Full Tilt Poker’s Late Night Poker (the "Promotion")
Promotion Dates: June 1st 2010 to October 3rd 2010
Qualify for Late Night Poker by winning entry through Full Tilt Poker’s Late Night Poker Qualifier Tournaments.
Real Money Direct Qualifiers
Players may buy in to a Late Night Poker Direct Qualifier for $300 + $22, or gain entry through a satellite tournament.
One seat to Late Night Poker is guaranteed in each of the Direct Qualifiers, which run at 19:30 GMT (14:30 ET) on the following dates:
- Sunday, June 27th
- Sunday, September 26th
Two seats to Late Night Poker are guaranteed in each of the Direct Qualifiers, which run at 19:30 GMT (14:30 ET) on the following dates:
- Saturday, August 14th
- Sunday, August 15th
Obtaining Promotional Prize(s): If a participant cannot be contacted from the information provided for Full Tilt Poker registration, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion.
Prize Package Details
Any player who wins the top prize in a Late Night Poker Direct Qualifier tournament will win one (1) prize package consisting of the $10,000 tournament buy-in plus $2,000 for travel and expenses. The $2,000 will be deposited into the player’s account.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize(s). If the player is unable to attend they will forfeit the prize, and it will be awarded to the next eligible player.
Full Tilt Poker is not responsible for making travel arrangements – all such arrangements and expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.
By participating in any Full Tilt Poker promotion that awards seats at live events, including seats at Late Night Poker, participants agree to wear Full Tilt Poker gear during all play and all additional media coverage associated with the event in accordance with tournament regulations. Participants may not promote any other online or offline poker-related company. Full Tilt Poker holds final approval rights regarding any other endorsements. Players must adhere to these conditions to be eligible for any aspect of the Promotion.
Eligibility and Limitations
To claim your Late Night Poker prize package, you must provide Full Tilt Poker with proof of identification showing that you are at least 18 years of age. Players who do not meet Full Tilt Poker's age requirement will forfeit their prize package and Full Tilt Poker will award it to the next highest finisher who meets its eligibility requirements. Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to change or modify this promotion at its sole discretion. Please see Full Tilt Poker's Site Terms for additional information.
Please note that players who qualify for live events through the Promotion are subject to approval for admittance to each participating casino at the sole discretion of the individual casino. In no case is Full Tilt Poker responsible for the non-admission of any participant by any casino involved in this promotion. Full Tilt Poker is not liable for any claims of damages that prize package winners might incur in any instance.
Please note that players can only win one (1) seat to a Late Night Poker live event. Players who win multiple Late Night Poker Direct Qualifier tournaments will have $12,000 in Tournament Dollars (T$) credited to their Full Tilt Poker account in lieu of additional prize packages. For example, if a player wins two direct qualifier tournaments, they will receive their prize package PLUS T$12,000.
All players must meet Full Tilt Poker's eligibility requirements, and Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
