FTP Masters Series Rules

Promotion Name: Full Tilt Poker Masters Series

Promotion Dates: Tuesday, February 15th, 2011 to Sunday, November 27th, 2011

Full Tilt Poker is offering a series of online Freeroll Tournaments and Qualifier Tournaments running from February 15th, 2011, to November 27th, 2011, awarding seats to one of four live Full Tilt Poker Masters Series Events to be held at casinos across Spain.

Online Qualifier Tournaments

This promotion is open to residents of Spain only.

Round 1 Freerolls will be held daily during the Promotion at 21:35 CET.

Each Round 1 Freeroll will award at least 5 (five) Tournament Tickets to a Final Qualifier Tournament.

Final Qualifiers will award at least two (2) seats to the next FTP Masters Series Event. They will be held at 21:55 CET on the following dates:

Event #1 (to be held at the Casino Gran Madrid in Madrid, Spain from March 14th through March 15th) Final Qualifiers:

  • February 20th
  • March 6th

Event #2 (to be held at the Gran Casino Torrequebrada in Málaga from August 24th through 25th) Final Qualifiers:

  • March 27th
  • April 17th
  • May 15th

Please note that the dates and location for Event 2 have been changed from what was previously announced.

Event #3 (to be held at the Gran Casino Torrequebrada in Málaga, Spain, from August 22nd through August 23rd) Final Qualifiers:

  • June 12th
  • July 17th
  • August 14th

The Grand Final (to be held at Casino Gran Madrid in Madrid, Spain from December 5th through December 6th) Final Qualifiers:

  • September 18th
  • October 23rd
  • November 27th

Leaderboard Qualification

Players can qualify for the FTP Masters Series Grand Final event based on their cumulative results in the four Full Tilt Poker Series – España events.

Players will receive Leaderboard points based on their finishing position in each of the four FTP Series – España Events. For example, if there are 209 players in Event 1, the winner of the event will receive 209 Leaderboard points, and the first player eliminated will receive one point. This will apply to all four events.

Should a player play in more than one event, he or she will also receive additional Leaderboard points based on the number of events they play as follows:

  • 2 Events – 25 extra points
  • 3 Events – 75 extra points
  • All 4 Events – 100 extra points

The nine players with the highest cumulative point totals who have not already qualified for the Grand Final will be awarded a seat to the FTP Masters Series Grand Final Event starting December 5th.

Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie for the final place, the seat will be awarded to the player who participated in the most Full Tilt Poker Series – España events. If there is still a tie, the seat will be awarded to the player with the highest finishing position in any Full Tilt Poker Series – España event. If there is still a tie, the player with the highest finishing position in the Full Tilt Poker Series – España event with the highest number of participants will be awarded the seat.

Please note that Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to disqualify a player or players from the FTP Masters Series, and/or disqualify them from the FTP Masters Series Leaderboard, if they do not make themselves known to Full Tilt Poker within a 48-hour period directly following the end of each Full Tilt Poker Series – España event.

Qualify via the Full Tilt Poker Series – España

The top six finishers from each Full Tilt Poker Series – España event will automatically qualify for the next FTP Masters Series event, as will the top two finishers from each Mini Full Tilt Poker Series – España event.

Prize Package Details

Any player who qualifies for the FTP Masters Series through a qualifier tournament, a Full Tilt Poker Series – España event, or a Mini Full Tilt Poker Series – España event will be awarded a seat at the next FTP Masters Series event. Any player who qualifies through the Full Tilt Poker Series – España Leaderboard will be awarded a seat in the final FTP Masters Series event.

Please note that there is no monetary value ascribed to this prize package. This prize package is not transferable, non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or T$. Players must play at the FTP Masters Series tournament to receive their prize package.

Full Tilt Poker is not responsible for making travel arrangements – all such arrangements and expenses are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.

By participating in any Full Tilt Poker promotion that awards seats at live events, including seats at the FTP Masters Series, participants agree to wear Full Tilt Poker gear during all play and all additional media coverage associated with the event in accordance with tournament regulations. Participants may not promote any other online or offline poker-related company. Full Tilt Poker holds final approval rights regarding any other endorsements. Players must adhere to these conditions to be eligible for any aspect of the Promotion.

All prize money awarded at the live Masters Series events will be paid in T$ into each winner’s Full Tilt Poker account.

Eligibility and Limitations

To claim your FTP Masters Series prize package, you must provide Full Tilt Poker with proof of identification showing that you are at least 18 years of age. Players who do not meet Full Tilt Poker's age requirement will forfeit their prize package and Full Tilt Poker will award it to the next highest finisher who meets its eligibility requirements. Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to change or modify this promotion at its sole discretion. Please see Full Tilt Poker's Site Terms for additional information.

Also, please note that qualifying for the promotion through Full Tilt Poker is subject to final acceptance by each casino where the tournament is held during the dates indicated above. In all cases, Full Tilt Poker is not responsible for the non-admission of any player by each of the casinos involved in this promotion, whether this is due to lack of documentation, inclusion on the Registro de Prohibidos de Casinos (Register of Prohibited in Casinos) or non-admission as a result of any circumstances that any casino in question contemplated in accordance with its law at every moment. Full Tilt Poker is not liable for any claims of damages that prize package winners might incur in that instance.

All players must meet Full Tilt Poker's eligibility requirements, and Full Tilt Poker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
