(n phrase) Hold'em starting hand nickname: 7-6. Comes from the symbol of the oil company.

uncalled bet
(n phrase) The situation in any round of betting in which one player bet or raised and no one with chips equaled that bet or raise. When this happens, the software awards the pot to the player who made that bet. (If a bet is uncalled because a player is all in, any remaining cards are dealt and there is a showdown.) Compare with called hand.

under the gun
(adv phrase) First to bet in any betting round. In the first round of a blind game, the betting always starts with the player just to the left of the big blind.

upcard
(n) One of the cards dealt face up to each player, usually in seven-card stud, in which each active player ends up with four upcards.
