#141 - FTOPS 8B - Imper1um = history

In the time it took me to bust from six tournaments, Imper1um managed to win one, the 8th event of this running of the FTOPS, $200 + $16 PLHE. I’ve tangled with Imper1um many times and, obviously, he is a tough customer. He plays all the big Full Tilt tourneys, and in this he is not alone.

But he now has a singular achievement at allows at least one persuasive answer to the question, Who is the best player on Full Tilt?

Imper1um has become the first player two win TWO FTOPS events, adding this triumph to his win in the in the $100-rebuy event of the previous FTOPS. It’s just my guess but I think Imper1um will play the rebuy event today. Triple Crown today?

In comparison. It was another dismal day for the pros. David Singer, the host, was the last pro standing. After being short-stacked forever and showing tremendous patience and judgment, he busted ten spots before the money.
