It’s 12:25 PM. We’re about to get the cards in the air. Everyone is milling around so it’s hard to figure out all the specifics but this is what I know or am pretty sure of:

1. Howard Lederer has arrived in Seat 2 and bought in for $100,000.

2. Yesterday’s chip counts carry over.

Seat 1 – Tony G $442,400

Seat 2 – Howard Lederer $100,000 – new

Seat 3 – Allen Cunningham $75,500

Seat 4 – Andy Bloch $57,700

Seat 5 – Chris Ferguson $47,100 – I heard that Chris was about to rebuy.

Seat 6 – Phil Ivey $300,600

Seat 7 – Patrik Antonius $305,900

Seat 8 – Brian Townsend $190,800

There may be other early rebuys, which I will report in the next post. Believe it or not, they may lower the stakes to their general level of yesterday, $300-$600 blinds, $100 antes, optional $1,200 straddle.

I hear Roland de Wolfe may be coming, too.
