#499 – London 2008 #6 – Million Pound Challenge – The Action Game
It’s 2:15 PM. We’ve played three levels and the players have just come off break. Only about half a dozen players have been eliminated so far, but that’s about to change.
David Lappin, a friend of mine from Ireland, has about 6,000 chips and probably reflects the view of a lot of players: “The tournament really starts now.”
With the new level being 200-400 and players averaging under 6,000 chips, it’s movin’ time.
In the few minutes it took me to write this post, there have been three “all in and calls”, and two small rounds of applause. The smattering of applause means someone has been eliminated.
