It’s 4 AM and I just got home after playing Day 2 of the $2,500 Razz. I made it into the money and broke my long cashless streak at the WSOP, stretching back to early in the 2008 Series, after I cashed in the $5,000 Mixed Hold ‘Em. I lost nearly all my chips on one disastrous hand after we got into the money, but rebounded to end the day with 102,000. There are 13 players left and I have roughly half the chip average.
I’ll make every effort to wake up in a few hours and complete the Daily Tily before going to play … but the road to hell is, likewise, paved with good intentions. If I’m unable to complete the Daily Tilt, I will do so after I’m done playing Day 3 and whatever else happens, catching you up on all the Full Tilt pro action as well as how I finished in the Razz. Finally, Shauna has transcribed about a half-dozen blogs for me, which I have to edit before I can post – I expect to get to that after the Razz, too.

I think you’ve got a great shot at winning this, if someone kidnaps Lisandro.
I wish this event was offering a live feed. -

June 24th, 2009 at 5:09 pmI had to pull your book out to see who wrote the chapter on Razz.
If Ted Forrest (and Huck too) aren’t sweating you at the rail, I’d be disappointed.I love the first paragraph of the Razz chapter:
Razz, a thoroughly frustrating form of poker, is currently exacting its cruelist revenge in history: despite all reasonable efforts to assure its extinction, it refuses to die.
