Austrian pro Sigi Stockinger hosts FTOPS X Event #2, Pot Limit Omaha
With the game being Pot Limit Omaha and the early US start time it was no big surprise that the field would be dominated by a ton of top European players. Event #2 Pot Limit Omaha with Knockouts drew 1,165 players and the knockout bounties kept action moving quickly. This event also brought us our first Full Tilt red letter pro to a final table.

The name of blog is Poker From the Rail but I may become the black cat of the Full Tilt pros. It seemed this evening that every pro busted shortly after I started railing them. My apologies to them.
By the time the money bubble burst with the 136th player, it was almost a lock solid bet that you would have a final table that resembled the United Nations. The Europeans were running huge near the top of the board throughout the tournament, yet when the final table formed we had one Canadian, one Norwegian, one Brit and the rest were donkey Americans.

TeamShizzz – our winner apparently loves PLO. He has one other MTT game played on FTP, that was in a $24+2 game which he also won. Over a year ago.
Fbonacci – finished 4th in this exact same event in FTOPS VII so I suppose 3rd here is a step up. He certainly had his fill of railbirds and ran well.
knickadam55 – adds a few thousand dollars to his career earnings which had it’s biggest boost during FTOPS IX Event #22 $2,500 Two Day tournament with a 3rd place finish for just north of $250,000.
Gary Jones – FTOPS X Event #2 had the first Full Tilt red pro make a final table. One of the newest team member, he played an aggressive game announcing to the tables that he was there to play and not wait out a small cash.
It was another tough showing for the red letter pros as only 2 other made the money besides Gary Jones. Chip Jett and PearlJammed finished 102nd and 116th respectively. Jones final table vaults him to the top of the completely unofficial Poker From the Rail Red Pro Leaderboard.
