ANSWER FROM Martin Klaeser: Sure. Rush poker has it's own dynamics and you have to get those to know very well and that will help improve your other games

ANSWER FROM Martin Klaeser: most of the time yes. There are situations where you can easily fold them, in certain tourney stages with a certain stack size for example.
