Full Tilt Poker Race to the Main Event Terms & Conditions

Promotion Name: Full Tilt Poker Race to the Main Event (the “Promotion”)

Promotion Dates: Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 to Sunday, May 8th, 2011

Full Tilt Poker (the “Company”), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION/PARTICIPATION

A. Dates of Promotion: The Promotion will be conducted beginning Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 and will end on or about Sunday, May 8th, 2011.

B. How to Enter: Qualify for the World Series of Poker Main Event by winning a seat on Full Tilt Poker.

Starting Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011, Full Tilt Poker will hold weekly Final Freerolls where a minimum of the top three (3) finishers in each tournament will win a $10,000 seat to the Main Event in Las Vegas. Players at Full Tilt Poker can earn entry into these weekly Final Freerolls as follows:

• Play in one of our Main Event Race – Round 1 Sit & Go Freerolls
• The Main Event Race – Round 1 Sit & Go Freerolls will run around the clock until Saturday, April 30th at 15:00 ET, and will award the winner of each tournament entry to one of our Main Event Race – Round 2 Freerolls
• Main Event Race – Round 2 Freerolls will be held four times each day until Sunday, May 1st at 21:40 ET, and will award the top two (2) finishers in each tournament entry to one of our weekly Main Event Race – Final Freeroll
• Main Event Race –Final Freerolls will be held at 16:15 ET each Sunday, from March 27th, 2011 through May 8th, 2011. The Main Event Race Final Freeroll tournaments between March 27th and May 8th will award the top three finishers in each tournament with a completely free World Series of Poker* Main Event entry worth $10,000.

C. Race to the Main Event Shortcuts

Participants in Full Tilt Poker’s Race to the Main Event promotion may earn entry directly to a Main Event Race – Round 2 Freeroll by making their first real-money deposit at Full Tilt Poker or successfully participating in Full Tilt Pokers Refer-A-Friend until Saturday, April 30th at 23:59

Participants in Full Tilt Poker’s Race to the Main Event promotion may earn entry directly to a Main Event Race – Finals Freeroll by earning at least 3,000 full Tilt Points in one week by playing in any real-money games at Full Tilt Poker before Saturday, April 30th.

D. Obtaining Promotional Prize(s):

If a participant cannot be contacted via their Personal Information as listed in the Full Tilt Poker Cashier, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that participant at its sole discretion. To check or edit your Personal Information, log in to your Full Tilt Poker account and click on the Cashier button.

2. TOURNAMENT ENTRY WORTH $10,000

All winners of the $10K Main Event Prize Package at Full Tilt Poker will be provided with the following:

• $10,000 entry fee for the World Series of Poker Main Event
• Access to the Pro’s Choice Suite at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.
• Invitation to a special dinner attended by Full Tilt Poker pros
• Selected Full Tilt Poker merchandise

All promotional prizes, items, merchandise, and any other materials must be redeemed by winner in accordance with the Company rules as expressly authorized and provided for by the Company. If a participant is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate promotional winner or not to award any winner in its sole discretion.

3. ADDITIONAL PRIZES

Winners of Main Event entries who sign our Promotional Agreement and wear Full Tilt Poker gear will receive the following additional benefits:

$10 Million Main Event Mania

All players who earn an entry into the Main Event through Full Tilt Poker, sign our Promotional Agreement and wear Full Tilt Poker gear will be eligible to collect $10,000,000 if they win the tournament.

Full Tilt Poker will pay out the $10,000,000 prize in equal $1,000,000 installments over a 10-year period. Players must agree to a 10-year exclusive endorsement contract with Full Tilt Poker allowing us to use their name, voice, and likeness in all future online and offline promotions. Additionally, the player agrees to play a minimum of 10 hours per week at Full Tilt Poker.com, and to attend any promotional events or tournaments that Full Tilt Poker deems appropriate. Player will be ineligible to promote any other online or offline poker-related company.

If a Player reaches the final table of the Main Event, but does not finish in first place, Full Tilt Poker will provide them with a one-time cash payment as follows: second place $400,000, third place $300,000, fourth or fifth place $250,000, sixth through ninth place $150,000. A player who collects a $400,000, $300,000, $250,000 or $150,000 payment from Full Tilt Poker will not be required to fulfill any future promotional obligations after the conclusion of the Main Event Final Table on behalf of Full Tilt Poker.

2012 Main Event Entry

All players who win entry to the 2011 WSOP Main Event through Full Tilt Poker, and agree to our Promotion Rules, and finish in a paid position will be eligible to receive entry to the 2012 WSOP Main Event. Players who win Main Event entry will be required to wear Full Tilt Poker gear during play and additional media coverage of the event in accordance with tournament regulations. Please note that there is no cash value ascribed to the 2012 Main Event entry; if a winner is unable to participate in the 2012 Main Event, they will forfeit this prize and no cash equivalent will be awarded.

Winning Multiple Main Event Seats

Players who win multiple seats to the Main Event will receive one (1) $12,000 prize package consisting of one (1) WSOP Main Event seat and $2,000 in spending money, and have $12,000 credited to their Full Tilt Poker account for each additional seat that they win. If a player wins a $12,000 WSOP Main Event prize package and a $10,000 World Series of Poker Main Event seat through one of Full Tilt Poker’s other promotions, they will keep the prize package and have $10,000 credited to their Full Tilt Poker account. All credits to a player’s Full Tilt Poker account will be made using Tournament Dollars (T$).

In addition, players will receive a ticket to a special $35K Multi-Entry Freeroll Tournament for each Main Event seat they win as part of our WSOP Seat Challenge.

If a player has won a WSOP Main Event seat at Full Tilt Poker, and wins a WSOP Main Event seat at another venue, whether it is online or in a brick-and-mortar casino, Full Tilt Poker will credit the player with $10,000 in T$, provided they furnish Full Tilt Poker with a copy of their seat registration form for the Main Event.

If a player takes T$ in lieu of a prize package, they will no longer be eligible for Full Tilt Poker’s $10 Million WSOP Main Event Mania, and will not receive $10 Million from Full Tilt Poker if they should win the WSOP Main Event.

Please note: By participating in any Full Tilt Poker promotion that awards seats at live events, including seats at the WSOP, participants agree to wear Full Tilt Poker gear during all play and all additional media coverage associated with the event in accordance with tournament regulations. Participants may not promote any other online or offline poker-related company. Full Tilt Poker holds final approval rights regarding any other endorsements. Players must adhere to these conditions to be eligible for any aspect of the Promotion.

4. ELIGIBILITY & LIMITATIONS

Participants must be at least 21years old at the time of entry as determined by the Company. Participant assumes any and all liability for use of the promotional items. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize per person for the Promotion. Employees of the Company and members of the immediate family or member of the same households of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win; additionally, all affiliates and subsidiary companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, assignees and beneficiaries, and each of their immediate family members or member of the same households of said affiliates, their contractors, employees and directors are not eligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

5. TELEPHONE & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and internet access. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by electronic transmission. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

6. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, all participants each winner grants the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Promotions and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

7. RELEASE

By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any prize.

8. TAXES

Any valuation of the promotional prize(s) as stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as may or may not be required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes and paying any expenses associated with any promotional prize(s) which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize(s) except as expressly authorized by the Company.

9. CONDUCT & DECISIONS

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

ANY ATTEMPT BY A PROMOTIONANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

Each participant may be required by Company to submit proof of eligibility to claim the promotional prize(s). Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute promotional prizes, amend the rules, or discontinue the Promotion at any time as may be posted on the website. The Promotion is subject to change at any time. The Promotion is a package of promotional prize(s) and cannot be segregated or otherwise separated by the participant. All promotional prize(s) are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. There are no exceptions. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. All participant entries shall become the property of the Company and will not be returned to participants.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

The conduct of the Promotion is governed by applicable laws, if any, which take precedence over any rules which may be contrary to or inconsistent with those rules as stated above.
