Tournament Ticket FAQ
What is a Tournament Ticket?
Tournament Tickets are awarded by Full Tilt Poker in specified Sit & Gos and Multi-Table Tournaments. These Tickets can then be used to buy in to Sit & Gos and tournaments for the amount of the individual Tournament Ticket.
How do I win Tickets?
Players can win Tournament Tickets by playing in Sit & Gos, Tournaments and special promotions that award Tournament Tickets.
How do I find games that award Tournament Tickets?
To find tournaments that award Tournament Tickets, click on the Sit & Go or Multi-Table Tournaments of your choice and click on Go to Tourney Lobby. The display will show if your tournament of choice awards Tournament Tickets as well as the specific payout structure.
How do I check how many Tournament Tickets I have?
Click on the Requests menu and select Check my Tournament Ticket Balance to see your tickets and expiry details.
Can I buy Tournament Tickets?
Yes. Players can buy Tournament Tickets as follows:
- With Full Tilt Points in the Full Tilt Poker Store
- With Iron Man Medals in the Iron Man Challenge Store
- With Academy Credits in the Full Tilt Poker Academy Store
Players can also win or buy Tournament Tickets for specific tournaments, including individual FTOPS events, the weekly $750K Guarantee and the Daily Dollar. These dedicated Tournament Tickets are for use specifically in the event listed on the ticket.
How do I buy in to Tournaments with Tournament Tickets?
To find out if your tournament of choice accepts Tournament Tickets, go to the Tournament Lobby for that tournament and look for Ticket next to Buy-In at the top of the screen. Click on Ticket to buy in with a Tournament Ticket.
Players can use Tournament Tickets for tournaments with a buy-in equal to the amount of their Tournament Ticket; for example, a player can buy in to a $69 + $6 Sit & Go with a $75 Tournament Ticket.
Can I buy in to tournaments with a combination of Tickets and Cash or T$?
No. Tournament Tickets can only be used to buy in to tournaments or Sit & Gos with buy-ins equal to the specific amount of the Tournament Ticket.
Can I unregister from a tournament that I’ve entered with a Tournament Ticket?
Yes. If a player registers for a tournament with a Tournament Ticket and then unregisters, that Tournament Ticket will be returned to their Full Tilt Poker account.
Do Tournament Tickets Expire?
Yes. Each Tournament Ticket has a specific period that it is valid for. Please note that this period is specific to the individual Tournament Ticket; for example, if a Tournament Ticket is valid only for a specific tournament, it will expire once that tournament has passed. The period that a Tournament Ticket is valid for will be listed on that Ticket.
Can I convert a ticket to Cash or T$?
No. Tournament Tickets cannot be converted to cash or T$ and are non-refundable.
Can I give another player a Ticket?
No. Tournament tickets are non-transferable.
What happened to my Satellite Tokens?
Each Satellite Token was converted to a Tournament Ticket of equal value. Specifically, $26 and $75 Satellite Tokens were converted to $26 or $75 Tournament Tickets. These Tournament Tickets can be used in any tournament which would have accepted the Satellite Token for the buy-in.
