Jerry Yang, a friend of Full Tilt Poker, has burst onto the world poker stage in high style, claiming the most coveted title in the game – World Series of Poker Main Event Champion.
Yang, a native of Laos and current Southern California resident, began his remarkable climb to poker's pinnacle by winning a $225 satellite in his local casino. Today, he's wearing the Champion's bracelet and figuring out what he'll do with his $8.25 million in first-place prize money.
