Withdrawal Options
At Full Tilt Poker, we believe our players should be able to withdraw funds from their accounts as easily as they can make deposits. To initiate your withdrawal, just follow these simple steps:- Log on to Full Tilt Poker and click the red Cashier button
- From the Cashier, click on the Withdrawal button above your personal information
- If you have a preferred processor or withdrawal method associated with your account, you may make an immediate withdrawal by clicking on Select
- If you do not have any immediately available withdrawal options associated with your account or you wish to withdraw using a different method, please see below
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw along with any other required account information and click OK
- Confirm your withdrawal amount and account information, and click Submit
If you funded your player account using a payment processor, you may choose to have your withdrawal credited to that processor.
If you prefer not to use these options, you may create an account with another payment processor from the options shown below. Please note that to protect the security and integrity of your player account, you will have to create a payment processor account if:
- You do not already have a processor account associated with your Full Tilt Poker player account
- You funded your player account using a credit card or through another method, such as a player-to-player transfer
For security reasons, withdrawals will not be approved to new payment processor accounts until at least one deposit has been made to Full Tilt Poker using that account.

We offer a variety of payment processors to meet your specific needs. Please note that the amount you may be able to withdraw from your player account may vary depending on your balance and the frequency of your transactions.
Recommended Withdrawal Options
Withdrawal by Check
You can also request a withdrawal by check if your cash out is between $100 and $2,500.
As a valued player on our site, we want to ensure that your account is as safe and secure as possible. To assist in protecting the integrity of your account, we ask that you verify your identity and account information before you can request a check withdrawal.
To confirm your personal and account details, please provide us with clear and legible copies of the following:
- Photo ID - We accept any valid driver's license, passport or other government-issued ID that clearly shows your date of birth, and ID's date of issue/expiration
- Proof of Address - We accept copies of bank/credit card statements, utility/cell phone bills, or home/auto insurance papers issued in your name and dated within the past 60 days
When providing your personal and account information, please note that:
- Copies must be clear and legible (96 to 150 DPI or higher is recommended for scanned copies)
- The document needs to be a full page and complete (bill/pay stubs, folded papers and partial sections of a bill or statement are not accepted)
- Bills must clearly display the company's letterhead or official logo
- Your address verification document must display the same name and address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account
- We can only accept email attachments of 3MB or less, and attachments can be in either JPEG (.jpg) or PDF (.pdf) format
We prefer that you email scanned images or digital photos of your documents, as this method yields better results. Please email these documents to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com. You may also fax these documents toll-free in North America to 1-877-TILT-FAX (1-877-845-8329), or international long distance by dialing your country calling code followed by our fax number. For example, from Europe dial: 00+1+877-845-8329.
Once your personal information has been verified, we will notify you that you have been approved for withdrawals via check. Once you receive this approval, you will be able to proceed with your check withdrawal request. After your request is submitted, you will receive an automated email from Full Tilt Poker confirming that your withdrawal is being processed and a follow-up email once it has been approved or declined.
You may request a check withdrawal once per 24 hours and twice per week. Checks can be requested for withdrawals between $100 and $2,500.
Checks are delivered by USPS mail and delivery can take up to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of bank observed holidays. Delivery times to destinations outside the continental United States will vary.
